East Lakeshore Trail Named TVA Trail of the Year

On June 3, 2023, WATeR celebrated National Trails Day at Wildcat Trailhead on the East Lakeshore Trail — freshly named TVA's Trail of the Year! Visitors picked up free trail maps, explored the woodland scenery, and enjoyed a community hike. WATeR volunteers shared information on getting involved with trail maintenance, and attendees could grab a limited-edition Trail of the Year t-shirt to mark the occasion.
