Mr. Heath will provide an informative presentation on the operation of the Tennessee River system, offering valuable insight into how the river is
managed to support recreation, navigation, flood control, and environmental stewardship.
This year’s annual meeting is especially significant as WATeR prepares to celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2026. Since its founding in 2001, WATeR
has worked tirelessly to maintain water quality of the Tellico Reservoir Watershed, build and preserve 31 miles of East Lakeshore Trails, and educate neighbors on how to keep our environment healthy.
