About the event
Springtime clean-up of the shoreline before the summer pool water arrives. Volunteers from 25 different community service organizations come out to pick up trash, and fill four dumpsters around the reservoir. Thanks in advance to TVA for providing gloves, trash bags, and funding; Loudon County Convenience Centers for handling tires, and providing roadside signage; and TRDA for their help organizing the dumpsters!
Tom Ringenbach is the Chair of the Cleanup committee, and he has five volunteers who help with organization and communications with the Captains from each of the Community Service Organizations.
